This Kit is suitable for the conveyancing of property transfers registered under Torrens title and the Subdivision Act, 1988.

This covers most properties. These titles use:

  • Volume and Folio number
  • Lot and Registered Plan number (Strata title–Subdivision Act 1988)

The kit is not suitable for:

  • General Law Title (Identified by reference to “Book and Memorial numbers”)
  • Stratum Title
